Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Tools 20N25, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the tooling industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding the customer base, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets. You will use your strong understanding of the industry, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, to position our products effectively. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers in the tooling industry to expand sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customer needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to clients, highlighting product benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with technical support and services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and track sales activities and results using CRM software tools.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar industry role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
