Job Description

The role of a Sales Executive for Tools is pivotal in the growth and expansion of our market share within the tools and equipment sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, including identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and providing high-level support to existing customers. You will be expected to develop strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products. The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of sales processes and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with potential customers in the tools sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations demonstrating the value of our tools and services.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to close sales deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to coordinate sales activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on sales performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informative advice to clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and track sales activities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tools industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and updates.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
