Job Summary

To help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management

Your Tasks

  • Plan, organize, and drive sales and operating result (OR) growth for the MSA division in the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to offer competitive deals to clients.
  • Generate inquiries through existing business contacts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in converting inquiries into orders (hit rate).
  • Promote additional certification services to existing customers.
  • Participate in key industry events to explore business opportunities.
  • Understand tender requirements and participate in relevant tenders with a focus on winning and timely submissions.
  • Deliver clear presentations on the certification process.
  • Knowledge of ISO certification; Lead or Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses, and 6-month forecasts to management.
  • Identify emerging markets and analyze competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance using key metrics.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Take proactive steps to enhance customer satisfaction with value-added and competitive offers.

  • Prospects: Research and identify potential customers. Understand target markets and customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, or meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Service Presentation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our certification services. Offer customized solutions based on customer needs.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Prepare quotations or proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams. Take part in training sessions and sales meetings.

Your Qualifications And Skills

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in the ISO certification field, ISO consultancy field).
  • Language: English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage. Other languages are also acceptable
  • Driving License: Mandatory (UAE)
  • Other Training: LA (Lead Auditor) or Internal Auditor certificates in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc., are an added advantage
