We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in interior fit-out solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about sales and interior design. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the interior fit-out sector. You will work closely with our design and project teams to deliver bespoke solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and an in-depth understanding of the interior fit-out industry. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our services.
  • Provide clients with post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
