Job Description

A Sales Executive in the Interior Fit-out industry is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will need to have a deep understanding of interior fit-out products and services, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and the capability to negotiate and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the fit-out industry.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to deliver client commitments.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and competitive offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools for efficient management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
