Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specifically focusing on Generator 25J25 products. This role requires a proactive individual who has a proven track record in sales and is adept at generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of market trends, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and ensure they align with company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Generator 25J25 products and features.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service promptly.
  • Maintain CRM database with accurate client information and interaction details.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the generator industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients as necessary.
