Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in forklifts, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and nurturing client relationships within the materials handling industry. In this role, your primary objective is to identify and secure sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and delivering exceptional service. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targeted revenue goals and expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive networking and research.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the materials handling industry.
  • Strong understanding of forklifts and their applications across different sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract closings.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
