Job Description

The Sales Executive - FMCG is a critical role within our organization, focused on driving sales and expanding our market presence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This position is responsible for developing effective sales strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. The Sales Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve the company's revenue targets. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the FMCG industry and demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's objectives and targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends to effectively position products and services in the market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to facilitate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional activities aimed at increasing sales.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers and partners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to maximize revenue generation.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate and submit detailed sales reports to management for performance evaluation.
  • Stay updated with industry developments to provide informed recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance and market insights.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and conduct market research.
