We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our diverse range of products, focusing on expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. You will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product growth.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key outcomes.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Manage sales pipelines and update CRM systems with precise data regularly.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and generate leads.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
