Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Credit Cards, you will be instrumental in driving the sales growth and market penetration for our credit card offerings. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to connect with potential customers and sell credit card solutions that meet their financial needs. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. You should be familiar with different financial products, especially credit cards, and possess the ability to tailor your sales techniques to different customer profiles. Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions for any service-related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on credit card products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and sales transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive departmental success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in the financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance.
  • Understanding of financial products, particularly credit cards, is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and an aptitude for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
