The Sales Executive - Credit Cards role is a pivotal position within our financial services team, dedicated to expanding our customer base and increasing the market penetration of our credit card products. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong knack for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with a dynamic sales team to drive credit card sales through innovative strategies and personalized customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels and networks.

  • Participate in sales events and conferences to promote our credit card products.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for credit cards.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and ethical standards in sales activities.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
