Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in credit cards, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving sales for our credit card products. Your key responsibility will be to directly engage with potential clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored credit card solutions that meet their requirements. This dynamic role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to devise strategies that maximize customer acquisition and retention while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. By leveraging your expertise in the financial products sector, you will contribute significantly to our growth and success, helping us to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for credit card products.
  • Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Conduct face-to-face interactions with prospects to understand their financial needs.
  • Present and promote our credit card offerings to interested clients professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial market trends and credit card industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve strategic objectives and sales targets.
  • Register and follow-up on customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Liaise with other company departments to ensure superior customer service delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure credit card solutions are suitable for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role with success in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of credit card products and financial services industry.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Capacity to build productive business relationships and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce is required.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong ethical standards and personal integrity with attention to confidentiality.
