The Sales Executive for Consumer Banking Product Sales is integral to driving the growth and success of our banking products. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market needs.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the banking sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to understand and analyze financial needs of clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
