Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Building Materials to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction and building materials industry, along with a proven track record in sales and business development. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your role will involve working closely with architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote our range of building materials. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
  • Promote and sell building materials to architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on product specifications and applications.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote brand offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management outlining performance and strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals successfully.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction and building sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
