Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Sales Executive to help grow our franchise system through smart, effective selling. You’ll be empowered to shape deals and make meaningful contributions to our national expansion.
Key Duties
- Execute full-cycle sales: outreach, discovery, presentation, and closing
- Build trust with leads and guide them through a high-stakes buying process
- Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to franchise candidates
- Provide insights to improve the pitch and positioning
- Support new sales reps as we grow the team
- 2+ years in a closing role (healthcare, B2C, or franchise experience a plus)
- Bilingual: Fluent Arabic and English required
- Adept in virtual communication and remote selling best practices
- Highly organized and accountable CRM user
- Be a foundational team member with real growth upside
