Your Role: Service Sales Engineer

As a Service Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Carrier’s sales and business development efforts within the HVAC industry. You will establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that meet their needs. This role contributes directly to achieving service agreement and repair targets while supporting the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish prospects and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
  • Support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments.
  • Identify and participate in bid opportunities, prepare responses, and assist in negotiations with potential customers.
  • Develop new customer leads for the sales and business development team.
  • Identify prospective target accounts and present findings to the sales team.
  • Build personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Work towards achieving order intake targets for New Service Agreements and Service Repairs while complying with company finance, ethics, and sales policies.
  • Participate in trade shows and other events to increase organizational visibility (as required).

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Located in Abu Dhabi.
  • Good command of English.
  • Driver’s license and own car (approximately 50% travel to customer sites).
