Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, responding to customer inquiries, and managing the sales department's calendar. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team in managing schedules, meetings, and emails efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials for the team.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness for customer satisfaction.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems impacting their orders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, annual sales reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to process and fulfill orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster sales growth.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Facilitate the resolution of any administrative problems that the sales team encounters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or as a sales coordinator, preferably two years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and online sales methods advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
