Job Description

The Sales Coordinator role is a pivotal position within our dynamic team, focusing on driving sales efficiency and effectiveness. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in managing and organizing the sales process, providing essential support to the sales team, and facilitating communication between other departments. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions promptly.

  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure quick resolution of issues and complaints.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry responsibilities.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide reports to the sales manager on performance.
  • Assist in developing weekly and monthly sales targets and strategies.
  • Organize and maintain the sales representatives’ schedule and client appointments.
  • Coordinate inventory and logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and possess a customer-oriented mindset.
