Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative and sales support tasks. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules to facilitate sales operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management and team meetings.
  • Assist in processing orders and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate sales records.
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities for the sales team.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and administrative staff.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and promotional materials.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report findings to management.
  • Help resolve any sales-related issues and escalate to management when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in sales practices.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales order processing systems is a plus.
