Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our sales team. Sales Consultants will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients and new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Cold call, email, or visit prospective clients to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine how the company's offerings can address the client's specific needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Stay updated with product/service enhancements and changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Present the company's products or services to clients, showcasing how they can meet the client's needs and solve their challenges.
  • Customize presentations to align with the client's industry, business goals, and pain points.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome potential obstacles in the sales process.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with clients after the sales process to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and industry trends is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred, as it will facilitate communication with clients.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
