Job Description

As a Sales Consultant in the real estate sector, your primary focus will be on guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. This dynamic role requires a mix of interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and sales acumen to successfully connect clients with properties that meet their needs. You will spend time both in the field and in an office environment, representing your agency and serving as a brand ambassador at all times. Being a Sales Consultant means cultivating relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and renters while demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and property values. You must be proactive, consistently seeking out opportunities to connect with clients and bring transactions to a successful close.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals smoothly and efficiently with clients.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on real estate markets, and competitor activities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages effectively.
  • Develop marketing plans for listings to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Assist clients through the process of legal and financial documents involved.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and financial experts to increase sales efficiency.
  • Participate in events and seminars to promote company products and brand.
  • Provide clients with realistic property appraisals and comparative market analyses.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales or similar field.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales achievements.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients quickly and earn their trust.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and pricing.
  • Proficient using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Possession of a valid real estate agent license is highly preferable.
