Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant specializing in Power & Industrial Products to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the power and industrial sectors, along with a proven track record in sales and client management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the power and industrial sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Provide clients with product recommendations and technical support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in sales within the power sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
