Role Overview

The Sales Capture Senior Manager is responsible for leading large, complex deal pursuits within the Healthcare and Public Sector domains in the UAE. This role plays a critical part in shaping, structuring, and closing high-value opportunities by orchestrating capture teams, engaging senior client stakeholders, and aligning Accenture’s full capabilities to client needs. The role requires strong commercial leadership, deep sector understanding, and the ability to navigate government and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end sales capture for strategic, large-scale and multi-tower opportunities across Healthcare and Public Sector clients in the UAE
  • Own the capture strategy, including value proposition development, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and win themes aligned to client priorities
  • Build and manage cross-functional pursuit teams, coordinating inputs from consulting, technology, operations, legal, finance, and delivery leadership
  • Engage with C-level and senior government stakeholders, developing trusted advisor relationships and influencing decision-making throughout the sales cycle
  • Drive disciplined deal governance in line with Accenture sales processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management across all pursuits
  • Extensive experience leading complex sales captures and large deal pursuits, ideally within Healthcare, Public Sector, or government-related environments
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare systems, public sector transformation agendas, digital health, national platforms, and large-scale technology-enabled programs
  • Proven ability to shape and sell integrated solutions spanning consulting, digital, technology, data, cloud, and managed services
  • Deep knowledge of structured sales methodologies, deal qualification, bid management, commercial modeling, and contract negotiations
  • Experience working in the UAE or wider Middle East region, with strong familiarity with local market dynamics, procurement models, and regulatory frameworks
  • Arabic speaking capability is required.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
