A Sales Associate is a crucial member of a sales team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers while ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales position, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for sales success.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
