We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team at our bustling store. Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and displays.

  • Ensure all promotional materials and signage are displayed accurately and timely.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and sales promotions.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support with tracking sales metrics and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or a customer service position is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic numerical skills for handling cash transactions and stock management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; further retail training is a plus.
