Job Description

The Sales Assistant position is a vital role within our sales team, focusing on supporting the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our sales team to manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide detailed product information. Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, payments, and shipments in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and developments.
  • Assist in promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar customer support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and engaging attitude towards clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, if required, to meet sales goals.
