  • Assist customers with fitting and trial purposes, ensuring suitability of items selected.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and restock shelves as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Implement promotional activities and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction and product quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling payments.
  • Proficiency in using retail management or point-of-sale software systems.
  • A proactive approach to customer service and willingness to assist team members.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
