Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, providing crucial administrative support to ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of our sales processes. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing client accounts, and handling communication between sales teams and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help you oversee the management of the entire sales cycle from the initiation of a lead to order completion. Working closely with sales representatives, you will aid in fulfilling customer inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer sales activities and provide vital support to the sales team.
  • Manage customer accounts, process orders, and facilitate shipping and delivery procedures.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation and databases for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to assist in performance and market trend evaluation.
  • Liaise between sales representatives and customers to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions for the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and market research activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales agreements throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback between sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Manage administrative tasks to enable the sales team to focus on profit generation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support role, administrative function, or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and best practices in sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in team settings.
