The role of Sales Administrator (03N25) is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations and efficiency of a sales team. Responsible for supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company, this position plays a pivotal role in achieving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals. The Sales Administrator will be involved in processing orders, assisting with customer queries, managing sales information, and contributing to the overall productivity of the sales department. This role demands excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records using the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and organize sales materials.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues or disputes efficiently.
  • Support sales representatives in administrative tasks and the collation of reports.
  • Manage email correspondence and follow up with clients on outstanding issues or orders.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and price lists.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance indicators regularly.
  • Provide logistical support for sales events, meetings, and client visits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in the sales process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
