  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales effectively.
  • Track and report sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote company products and services.
  • Provide customers with support and guidance on product usage and optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales, particularly in warehouse solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and trends in warehousing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
