Russian-Speaking Kids Club Attendant - Luxury Property

Apt Resources is seeking a Russian-Speaking Kids Club Attendant for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on providing exceptional care and entertainment to young guests, ensuring an inclusive, safe, and joyful environment. The attendant will facilitate engaging activities, foster creativity, and support childrens social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage children and their families in the Kids Club setting.
• Design and lead age-appropriate, culturally relevant activities that promote fun, learning, and social interaction.
• Supervise childrens play to maintain safety and well-being, following all resort protocols.
• Effectively communicate with Russian-speaking parents about their childrens participation and any relevant observations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the Kids Club area and its materials.
• Assist with organizing special events tailored to the needs of the guests.
  
  

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare, camp, or recreational environment.
• Understanding of child development principles and ability to engage children with fun, creative activities.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children and their parents.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds, with sensitivity to language needs.
