Job Description

Rotana, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches, is offering one fully funded BSc in Global Hospitality Management, to an exceptional UAE national in Abu Dhabi who wants to build a career in hospitality.

This is not only a scholarship. It is a route into Rotana. You will study, train in our hotels, be mentored by our leaders, and join us in a graduate role when you finish.

What You Will Receive-

• Full tuition for the Bachelor of Science in Global Hospitality Management at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches
• All compulsory academic materials
• Student accommodation, where required and approved
• Every compulsory internship, planned across departments inside Rotana hotels
• A named Rotana mentor and semester progress reviews
• Exposure to General Managers and corporate leaders
• A graduate role with Rotana on successful completion
  
  

What You Commit To-

• Maintaining the academic and conduct standards set by the Academy
• Completing every compulsory internship within Rotana
• Representing Rotana at open days, careers fairs and selected events
• Five years with Rotana after graduation, confirmed in the scholarship agreement
  
  

Who Can Apply-

• UAE nationals holding a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent, or graduating this academic year
• Meeting the Academy's published academic and English language entry requirements
• Aged 17–22 at programme commencement
• Available to study full time in Abu Dhabi for the whole programme
• Able to work operational hotel hours
  
  

Previous Hotel Experience Is Not Required.

What we are looking for-

A hotel is capital and concrete until someone walks in. After that it is a business of people, run by people, for people, so we weigh character as heavily as capability.

We are looking for genuine curiosity, leadership and emotional intelligence, an instinct for looking after people, resilience, strong communication in Arabic and English, and a realistic understanding that hospitality means commitment from the heart and starting on the floor.

Skills

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent, or graduating this academic year
