The Housekeeping team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional and comfortable environments that elevate every guest stay. Through meticulous attention to detail, operational excellence, and genuine care, the team ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

As a Room Attendant Supervisor, you will report to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and work closely with housekeeping associates and other hotel departments to maintain exceptional service and operational standards.

As a Room Attendant Supervisor, you will support the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, linen operations, and housekeeping services consistently meet Rosewood and LQA standards.

You will lead and motivate the team, monitor service quality, manage daily assignments, and respond proactively to guest and operational needs. Your leadership and attention to detail will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet luxury hospitality standards
• Support team scheduling, daily briefings, grooming compliance, and ongoing training initiatives
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Rosewood and LQA standards
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen control, supplies, and lost-and-found processes
• Handle guest requests and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
• Support associate development by coaching, motivating, and maintaining a positive team culture
  

• You have experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hospitality environment
• You are passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• You possess strong leadership skills and enjoy guiding and developing teams
• You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable using hotel systems and maintaining operational records and reports
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
