ROLLER SINGLE DRUM OPERATOR

Position: Roller Single Drum Operator

Salary : 3500 AED

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a single drum roller to compact and level soil, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites
• Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the roller to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Adjust roller controls and manipulate levers and pedals to control speed and direction of the roller
• Coordinate with the construction team to determine proper compaction methods and ensure surfaces are compacted to project specifications
• Monitor the condition of the roller and report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform general labor duties as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a single drum roller in a construction setting
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of roller controls and ability to read and interpret grade stakes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
