As part of the Reservations and Service Center team, the Revenue Analyst plays a key role in driving commercial performance across the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Reservations, Finance, Food & Beverage, and operational leaders to optimize revenue opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and support data-driven decision-making across all revenue-generating departments.

As a Revenue Analyst, you will help maximize hotel profitability by analyzing market trends, optimizing distribution channels, managing inventory and pricing strategies, and providing valuable insights that support commercial decision-making. Through a combination of analytical expertise and collaboration, you will contribute to the success of Rooms, Catering, and other revenue-generating areas while ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s revenue management standards and commercial objectives.

• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and business trends to provide recommendations that optimize revenue performance and market share.
• Support the management of room inventory, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and market segment performance to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and analyze revenue reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and revenue meetings.
• Manage and maintain revenue management systems, ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and effective use across the hotel.
• Track booking pace, group business performance, denied demand, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, and Finance teams to ensure commercial strategies are executed effectively and consistently.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes by providing insightful revenue analysis and business intelligence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, systems enhancements, and team training related to revenue management practices.
  

• You have a strong passion for revenue management, business analytics, and driving commercial performance within a hospitality environment.
• You are highly analytical with advanced Excel and computer skills, and you enjoy turning data into actionable insights.
• You have experience working with revenue management, distribution, reservation, or property management systems such as IDeaS, SynXis, Opera, or similar platforms.
• You are confident communicating with stakeholders across multiple departments and can influence decisions through clear and meaningful analysis.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• You are commercially minded, solution-oriented, and motivated to identify opportunities that enhance both revenue and guest satisfaction.
