As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail location, ensuring that the store functions smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for leading a team of sales associates to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
