Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive is a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and executing retail strategies to boost brand recognition and profitability. Working under the supervision of the store or area manager, the Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maximizing sales through excellent customer service and careful attention to the retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet or exceed store objectives.
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and sell suitable products.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive product training for new and existing team members.
  • Foster a positive shopping experience through attentive and friendly service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales for future reference.
  • Participate in promotional and marketing activities to boost store visibility.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize store theft and shrinkage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve a cohesive and efficient workspace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrable ability to sell and meet sales targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of the retail sales process and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in using retail management software and POS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
