Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our retail business operations, engaging directly with customers to stimulate sales and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve a cohesive and efficient sales environment.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to aid in developing improved sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest products and promotions to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights on sales tactics and customer interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training programs to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales or a related customer service role, preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a customer-oriented approach in daily tasks.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence customers towards purchasing products.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and point of sale systems an advantage.
  • Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining sales floor.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
