  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote auto lending solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with credit and risk management teams to structure loan approvals accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in retail banking, preferably in auto loans.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards necessary.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive marketplace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for client visits and bank meetings.
