Job Description

The Resubmission Associate (OP) 24J25 is a pivotal role within our operations team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of submission documentation for a broad spectrum of projects. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, as well as a comprehensive understanding of submission standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of compliance and project management, facilitating seamless communication between various departments to ensure all submissions meet organizational and regulatory standards. By supporting the team with their organizational skills and dedication, the Resubmission Associate plays a crucial part in maintaining the organization’s reputation for excellence and adherence to deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the resubmission process to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents before resubmission to eliminate potential errors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for resubmissions.
  • Track and report on the status of resubmissions to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Update and maintain detailed records of all resubmissions for future reference.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures to improve resubmission processes.
  • Communicate with external partners to address any submission-related inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during the resubmission process.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the resubmission workflow and propose solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry changes and updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on resubmission practices as needed.
  • Contribute to team meetings by presenting updates and insights on resubmission activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a resubmissions or operations role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and submission standards mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in use of project management and document management software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals.
