Job Description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run seamlessly while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor restaurant staff to achieve high productivity and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Monitor customer service quality and address any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and time-off requests effectively and fairly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste by efficiently tracking usage.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance.
  • Ensure financial targets are met by managing operational costs effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and oversee special events and promotional activities at the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant management best practices and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and restaurant industry standards.
  • Capability to lead and motivate a diverse team of restaurant employees effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer literacy skills.
