Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is the driving force behind the seamless functioning of our dining establishment. This role requires an adept leader who can efficiently manage both the front and back of house operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and streamlined business processes. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen staff, ensure quality control, and adhere to set budgets while continuously fostering a dynamic and friendly work environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Plan and coordinate restaurant's financial budgets and track expenses regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality and business results.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for new and existing employees.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to uphold restaurant standards.
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.
  • Analyze sales figures and customer feedback for insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, financials, and forecasting metrics accurately.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
