Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management and ensure that our establishment maintains the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing and training staff, overseeing inventory management, coordinating kitchen and service operations, and maintaining positive customer relations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.
  • Monitor financial performance to meet budgetary objectives and increase profitability.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive dining experiences.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation.
  • Create and analyze reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Oversee event planning and execution to enhance restaurant business opportunities.
  • Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with senior management in setting and achieving restaurant goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a related role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
