Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.   • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for seamless meal delivery.
  • Forecast, order, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quality product sourcing and delivery.
  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and customer base.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant equipment and facility for operational excellence.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales, expenses, and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant management role required.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financials, and cost control strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle emergencies and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software systems, including POS and inventory tools.
