We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Reservations Officer, you will play an integral role in managing and coordinating reservations for our esteemed clients. Responsibilities

  • Process incoming reservation requests accurately and efficiently using relevant software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding availability and pricing.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and ensure all details are correctly documented.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints and issues related to bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk and operations teams for seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor reservation trends and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient reservation processes.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional and personalized service.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually improve reservation skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a reservations or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
