Job Description

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Reservations Agent and a native or fluent Arabic speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our Arabic-speaking clients. You will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, assisting with booking processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in both English and Arabic, coupled with your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, will be pivotal to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services to clients.
  • Assist clients in the Arabic-speaking market with queries and reservations.
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the booking system.
  • Manage cancellations, amendments, and special requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide personalized service to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics consistently.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance service delivery skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in a reservations, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
