We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service in booking and managing their reservations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. You will also be responsible for updating and managing reservation records, confirming bookings, and providing information about available services. Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to reservation inquiries accurately and courteously in Arabic.
  • Coordinate daily activities to process customer reservation requests efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate reservation records in the database system.
  • Work closely with other departments to confirm and manage complex bookings.
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and policies to clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and diplomatically.
  • Assist in achieving departmental goals related to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure billing information is accurate and processed within company standards.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their reservations and offer assistance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations and customer inquiries.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional services to clients to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in busy environments.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in difficult situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
