Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Reservation Agent - Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for many of our esteemed clients, your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will handle inquiries and reservations for our leisure and corporate clients, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your fluency in Arabic will be essential in serving our diverse clientele, helping bridge communication gaps and enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities

  • Answer and process inbound reservation calls and online booking requests efficiently.
  • Provide clear, comprehensive information to guests about available accommodation and packages.
  • Assist guests in planning and booking their accommodations seamlessly via various platforms.
  • Manage multiple bookings and customer interactions simultaneously without compromising service quality.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations and customer profiles in the database system.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any emerging issues promptly and resourcefully.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of guest requests and reservations.
  • Follow up with customers for confirmations and any necessary adjustments to bookings.
  • Suggest innovative ways to enhance the booking process and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and manage last-minute booking changes and cancellations effectively.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on the reservation processes to uphold standards.
  • Contribute positively to team meetings and share insights for performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
  • At least two years of experience in reservations or a hospitality-related role.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle stressful situations gracefully.
