Job Description

As a Reservation Agent – Arabic Speaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservation processes. Your fluency in Arabic will be instrumental in catering to our Middle Eastern clientele, providing them with exceptional service in their native language. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing bookings, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to handle multiple reservations efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound reservation inquiries from Arabic-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately record and process customer reservations utilizing reservation systems and software.
  • Provide detailed information regarding booking policies, fees, and availability in Arabic.
  • Assist customers with modifications, cancellations, or upgradation of their existing reservations.
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels among guests.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff or travel agents to ensure client needs are met promptly.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding special requests or travel arrangements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest product changes, offers, and promotions in the industry.
  • Ensure all reservation details are accurately entered and confirmed in the system.
  • Translate marketing materials and booking information from English to Arabic as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Provide support in handling emergency situations related to booking or travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking capability.
  • Proficient in using reservation management systems, booking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
