Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Reservation Agent with fluency in Arabic to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role involves managing reservation requests through various channels and ensuring a seamless booking process for our guests. With your fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, you will play a critical part in enhancing our guests' experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage reservation requests through phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about booking processes and policies.
  • Ensure all guest necessities are addressed during the reservation process.
  • Update reservation data and customer records accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to resolve any booking issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests in making amendments or cancellations as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Follow company standards and regulations to ensure quality service.
  • Provide support and training to new reservation agents as required.
  • Monitor daily reservation activities and report issues to management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a reservation agent role or customer service capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with full attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
